Description Of The 4 Workout Levels

Which Level Do I Start With?

To benefit the most from this program, it is important you start at the workout Level that will be most beneficial to you. Even though you may want to be at Level 4, most players are not there yet. Take a look at the descriptions below to guide you to the Level that is most appropriate for you to start.

Level 1: This is for players that needs significant help with the basics of their footwork, (speed and alignment); and utilizing the pier from their legs. Furthermore players in this level require some type of improvement within at least 2 or more aspect of their shooting form.

Level 2: This is for players that require less help with the basics of their footwork and power utilization but requires some type of improvement within at least 1 or more aspects of their shooting form.

Level 3: This is for players that requires little to no help with the basics of their footwork, power utilization ; requires little to no support with shooting form but needs more improvement in speciality areas (non foundational).

Level 4: This is for players that requires little to no help with the basics of their footwork, power utilization, requires little to no support with shooting form, requires less support in speciality areas, but needs improvement in overall shooting consistent.
